Brandon Bryant is Co-founder and Venture Partner of Harlem Capital Partners where he focuses on deal sourcing, market analysis and fund strategies. In addition, Brandon is the Creative Director of Wall Street Paper, a digital creative outlet that is focused on lifestyle and culture for the modern gentleman. He has partnered with prominent brands such as GQ Magazine, Cole Haan, Perry Ellis, and Diageo. Previously, Brandon was the Head of Social Engagement at Wilson, where he focuses on digital media strategy for clients specifically on mobile and social media. Prior, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he analyzed debt structures for clients in preparations for IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and spin-offs.
Marilyn joined Morgan Stanley in January 1994 and is currently Head of Morgan Stanley’s Urban Markets Group. She holds her Series 7, Series 9, Series 10 and Series 66 Licenses. She partners with members of the Global Sports and Entertainment Group to provide premier wealth management services to ensure that clients achieve their long-term objectives. Prior to establishing The Urban Markets Group, Marilyn was the head of Diversity, Work-Life, EEO and Human Resources Policy for Morgan Stanley. Marilyn is an attorney by training. Marilyn was recognized by Savoy magazine as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America,” was recognized by Uptown Professional as one of the “100 Top Executives in America” and was honored by the Mt. Sinai Hospital Center for Multi-Cultural Affairs as a Diversity Champion.

Mr. Virgin started his career at Chemical Bank after graduating from The New York Institute of Technology in 1981, with a bachelor's degree. He was accepted into Chemical Bank's competitive management training program. In November of 1988 Mr. Virgin successfully attained his NASD series 7 brokerage license, and in January 1989 joined the Shearson's Financial Consultant Training program. Mr. Virgin worked initially in the Bloomfield, New Jersey office for the company then known as Shearson Lehman Brothers, as a Financial Consultant. In 1996 he moved to the Florham Park office of the firm. In 1998 he was asked to spearhead the opening of the firm's Bedminster, New Jersey office which he did successfully. In total Mr. Virgin's career spanned 25 years at Smith Barney (Citigroup) and its predecessor firms. In May of 2008 Mr. Virgin joined UBS Financial Services, in the Florham Park office where he currently works as a Financial Advisor, and Portfolio Manager.
